This type of training is delivered at an organisation's premises by a commercial provider. The training should meet with National Occupational Standards and be delivered by qualified instructors. On-Premises Training holds the same legal status as all other training and is often more robust, however it is not regulated and the learner does not receive a nationally recognised card/certificate.
This type of training is generally chosen by companies who solely operate on their own premises and require proof of training in order to meet with legal obligations.
It is always a good idea to check that the training provider is on the UK Register of Learning Providers and has a UKPRN (as can be found at the bottom of this website).
